Please note all our tours are not wheelchair friendly.

Indemnity: THE WINETAXI (PTY) LTD, its employees and/or its agents will not be liable for any

injury, loss or damage of any description with a ticket holder and/or passenger or any family

member or employee may suffer directly or indirectly, as it is allowed by law. Passengers may

also be conveyed by unrelated third-party providers as part of the tour and these provisions shall

also apply in respect of all services and activities provided by these third-party providers. THE

WINETAXI (PTY) LTD shall under no circumstances be liable for any act or omission of each

third-party provider.

No vulgar/insulting clothing will be allowed.

Tickets are collected at the ticket office on the day of your tour, tickets are not

mailed.

Please be at the taxi 15min prior to your departure. Should you miss your departure time we

cannot guarantee that there will be space available on any of the other time slots for the day.

Estate closures do occur, thus the estate selection is subject to availability. Due to the nature of

the business conducted on the various wine estates, no 'bring your own' meals or beverages are

allowed.

Refunds

There will be no refunds in the event of a no-show/cancelations later then 48 hours before tour

date.

Wine purchases that are made whilst in our service are to be handed to the driver who will hand

them back to you at the end of the tour.

Payments

Only when the payment reflect in our account do we issue and ticket.

Payments can be made on the day via our card machine.

Customer privacy policy

THE WINETAXI (PTY) LTD, shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of

users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the

Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).

No children under the age of 18 is allowed to join the tour.

COUNTRY OF DOMICILE

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and WINETAXI (PTY) LTD chooses as its

domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of

court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
